MOVE

I can’t shake the word that was released to me on this morning. I know that many of us have heard it at one time or another.

MOVE!

I didn’t have to question what it meant as it was super evident by the Dream the Lord had released. I watched in the dream as the family went through issues. It appeared that the relationship between the husband and wife was in need of dire help. You could feel the strain. You could peer in and see that the couple needed resuscitation.

The husband would barely talk. It seemed as if he was voiceless in his own home. Nothing to say or share, he was just existing. He appeared to be in a miserable place in his life. He was annoyed by “the” situation.

The wife tried her best to keep the appearance that everything was well for the outside folk, however she was restless. Though her smile was large, her eyes told a story that contradicted her smile.

The son who was in his last years in high school was looking to fill a void. e would be found flaunting young ladies around who were great on the arm but did not meet his families approval.

The house was cold and lacked companionship, communication and affection. There was definitely room for turnaround.

Divorce was imminent as the weight and strain on the family was unbearable. I could feel that they cared but they were being pulled apart. They didn't know how to fix it.

A move took place. The move did not happen based on their choice, there was a situation of lack that moved them to another area. It was as if there were forced out.

They were now 4 hours away from their previous dwelling place. (That number 4 is ringing bells)

Everything was different. When I asked them the distance between the old home and the new, it seemed that they had a small attachment to the old space. Nevertheless, there was an excitement about the new. The husband was very chatty and he was sharing about their new abode. The wife was showing off the many beautiful aspects of her new. Her husbands smile was back and she was free to talk about what she enjoyed. Ministry was evident in their home and the son seemed to beam in the confidence of a star athlete for his high school team.

The whole atmosphere was different. They had to make a move in order to step into their new life. Their moved was not planned, they were forced or pushed by their previous situation.

Their new produced a freshness over the family that had caused change. They were open again. The home was beaming with love and light. They were able to share and communicate…

Also, they now had room for others. Ice was broken and they required little help from others.

The family was open and available to help others. They were able to pull people up.

Sometimes you have to MOVE from your stagnant place in order to experience the freshness of life.

*This dream is posted to shed a little light that sometimes it takes a move or a change of scenery. There were many points in this dream that stood out to me. Very hard to articulate via this forum.
