....ability

Plopped in the bed last night and was thinking about what the Lord would have me to share with His people. I found myself trying to seek to obtain in my own strength. Yep, because I have a made up mind to be more consistent than ever, I was literally forcing the word to be illuminated in my thoughts.

I settled myself as I understood that this assignment was given to me of the Father. This is something that will be done in excellence the way that He desires for me to do it. It has no special self made schedule and I will release as He says release. Lord knows I wanted to follow the trends…. but when I do, it does not seem to be for me. smh… How do I know? Trust me, I just know.

Big things are making their way to the forefront of our lives. We have to really focus on adhering to Gods word for our lives. Let me ask you a question. What is He seeking from you? What is He speaking to you?

Most will understand that HE is speaking to me as I type this.

Philippians 4:4 is ringing loud…I mean really loud…

Rejoice in the Lord always: and again I say, Rejoice. (KJV)

Rejoice in the Lord always [delight, take pleasure in Him]; again I will say, rejoice! (Amp)

Celebrate God all day, every day. I mean, revel in him! Make it as clear as you can to all you meet that you’re on their side, working with them and not against them. Help them see that the Master is about to arrive. He could show up any minute! (Msg vs. 4-5)

…….

Once I had let go of my own self and my own thoughts, I heard the word “ability” and it didn’t stop there.

We have “abilities'“ that can not be denied. We have “abilities” that we must tend to. It is imperative that we are operating accordingly.

-Responsibility - We must show ourselves to be responsible for that which has been assigned to our hands

-Dependability - We must show up to accomplish all that has been assigned for us to accomplish

-Accountability - We must be accountable to what has been assigned (people, places & things)

-Stability - We must ride it all the way out. Stick and Stay…

Glory Glory Glory, I am sure there are more as I can feel power of the Holy Ghost all over me! Whew Glory!

*I may come back to add….

In all things remember, We have the ability to do all things through Christ who strengthens us!

Let’s measure up to our abilities!
