Pull Back to Thrust Forward

Sometimes, you’ve got to pull a thing back to get the momentum that you need!

Well, I truly believe this as I sit here typing and thinking about the other post that I was going to post until the Lord put me back on my square. 😇

I have to share that I am very thankful that He is dealing with me regarding my old but new found excitement about getting things done His Way.

*I shared this last night after one of my clients led us into an amazing conversation of confirmation.

This resonated with me based on the posting made here yesterday regarding getting rid of anything that is exalting itself before Christ.

I think at this point you have heard me say in one form or another that it is only what we do for Christ that will last.

I was struggling on what to type until he clearly whispered some revelation that I had while driving yesterday evening. During this time, he reminded me that when the foundation is sound, you can build again. So many of us worry about tearing down the old (pulling back) to allow Him in to share with us how to rebuild. It may make us weary at times, however, we know that if we are not weary in well doing. Great things happen!

Galatians 6:9

And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

Just to share, in some cases a person faints after they have exhausted themselves the nutrients that are needed for sustenance. Some faint due to exhaustion or the lack of something that vitally needed. Others faint due to adding something to their makeup that is not beneficial or warranted for survival. (of course there are more reasons, however, you should see where I am going here)

Taking down a poorly built structure in order to rebuild is the absolute reverse of building your house on sand. We need to make sure that we recognize the grace measures that have been added to our lives so that we can move forward and make a greater impact for the audience that we have been called too.

We can not get weary during these times as this is when the Lord is sharpening us to make a greater impact for His glory.

Many of us have failed to write the things down. We may have even strayed away from reviewing what was written to keep us tied to the vision that the Lord has for our lives. Nevertheless, it is time that we move with precision. Not relying on our own strength but yielding the instructions that the Father has for our lives. (Let’s work under the oil)

Take a few moments to get back on track. Ask God to share with you what needs to be pulled back so that you can be thrusted forward to the intended target.

I believe that this time, we will hit the intended target once we go back and build according to the specs that have been provided to access the masses.

It is OK…. just remember Sometimes, you’ve got to Pull Back to Thrust Forward
